Find Yoga in Strength Training

The word yoga means to unite. So what are we uniting? The body and the mind with the spirit, the breath. Therefore every time you are consciously breathing and completely present you're doing yoga even when lifting weights. Yoga is not just about the asanas, or poses on the mat, it's about being completely present in everything you do. I focus on teaching my clients functional training and the importance of mindfulness and breathing in order to get the most out of each session. Clients can expect tailor-made sessions, proper form and technique to avoid injury, how to feel comfortable using gym equipment, and the importance of nutrition. Learn how to build strength, confidence, agility, and flexibility through personal training sessions with me.

Bloom Package

  • 24 session package

  • 6 sessions per week
