I love yoga, meditation, and basically anything wellness related so much I could talk about it for days (and sometimes do). So I figured instead of talking l should try writing to share and connect with more fellow yogis and seekers of balance. My intention is to share my adventures, teachings, and perspective on the things that truly inspire, heal and keep me grounded. I hope in this you find some inspiration, community, and balance too.
